3. Complete and transmit to us on our secure server, paying by credit card.
4. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and payment invoice instantly.
5. A second email will be sent depending on your choice of processing with the following:
• Your Certificate of Insurance (attached PDF) 
• Link to access top members only additional benefits!

Nothing will be sent by mail unless you choose our optional  mail processing. 
Remember, once you sign up, your coverage is in effect.
