When is my membership and insurance active?

How long does it take to get my confirmation of membership?
Online applications and payments are processed instantly and
confirmation is sent instantly to your email and your insurance certificate is sent to
you within 2-3 business days or same day if requested.
I am a Member and need to add a additonal insured now what do I do?
Please visit our Additional Insured page where you can download a form to send to us.
We will update your certificate and send it right over to you.
How do I renew my membership?
Members receive a email reminder approx. 20 and 10 days before renewal date. Members can renew online in their account center or through their mailed invoice.
My Membership has lapsed what do I do? If your membership has lapsed simply complete a new online or print application.
